Andrew is the President and co-founder of BAVA and has been studying and teaching Vedic Science for 30+ years. He is the author of Shri Jyoti Star, the leading computer software for Vedic Astrology and the popular book and ebook series Yoga of the Planets. He writes, consults and teaches and lectures. He offers tuition and courses for beginners and the most advanced. He is an Oxford Physics graduate and has his PhD in Computing Science and has published in Nature and other leading journals.
Komilla Sutton
Komilla Sutton is an internationally renowned consultant, teacher and lecturer. Her Academy teaches three year online courses. She is the co-Founder and Chair of the British Association of Vedic Astrology (BAVA). She has been leading trips to India since 1999 and sponsoring Vedic Astrology Conferences in India and Online since 2013.

Mariella Cassar
Mariella is an experienced astrologer with an international client base. She is a Fellow as well as a past Treasurer of the Association of Professional Astrologers International. She qualified with the Faculty of Astrological Studies, and also has a post-graduate qualification in Astrological Counseling.
She trained in Vedic Astrology with Pandit Sanjay Rath and completed two 5 year courses in Parasara and Jaimini Jyotish and is a Pandita and Jaimini Scholar. Mariella is now BAVA Treasurer.

Rajan Pitamber
Rajan is a graduate biochemist and an entrepreneur in the international healthcare industry. Born into a Vaishnava family, he has travelled extensively in India to deepen his knowledge, engaging with spiritual and Jyotisha gurus to gain their valuable blessings and esoteric insights.
These experiences have cultivated his intuitive techniques, touching on the metaphysical, mystical, and divine aspects of life and the cosmos. Rajan has passionately studied Jyotisha since 1995, specialising in Prashna (horary) astrology. A Life Member and supporter of BAVA since 1998, he has lectured on various spiritual and astrological subjects in the U.K. and internationally.
Gordon Brennan
Gordon is a long time student of Vedic Astrology. Gordon specialises in mundane astrology and has written many articles on world affairs for Gochara that are published on this website.
He supplies Vedic books for BAVA.
Pam Carruthers
Pam has an extensive background as a counselling astrologer and was a successful Art Director for over 20 years.
