Membership fee is non-refundable.*
Charges for recordings of lectures are non-refundable unless damaged.*
Conference cancellations. The deadline for request for refunds is two weeks before the first day of the conference. Refunds arising out of extenuating circumstances, such as illness, may be given at any point prior to the conference. Conference cancellations will incur a £40 cancellation fee plus any other unavoidable charges that BAVA has to meet from the cancellation.
